How the Water Well Drilling Process Works

Every water well drilled needs to have a permit from the county - we can file the application for you. After the application for the permit is made, the health department then does a site visit. Once the site visit is complete and the permit is received, we can schedule your service. We keep all the different county applications on file to help expedite the process.

We had our well go dry. I was calling every well company I could find on Google. My sons-in-law referred us to Brassmar Water Wells. I called expecting to hear the same thing I had been hearing from every other well company, but nope it was different. I spoke to Brass-Mar water wells on a Thursday morning, someone was here Thursday afternoon to give me a quote, and Monday they were here drilling. We had been 11 days with no well, and the guys at Brass-Mar got the job done. I have no idea how they did it, other than making us feel we were their priority. They explained everything if I had a question. We are so very grateful. They told me It was gonna be a heck of a mess when they were done and as the process was taking place, I was like " oh boy he isn’t lying " But to be very honest, they cleaned it all up way better then what I was expecting. I couldn’t believe the wonderful cleanup they did of all that sand; they filled the hole back in and smoothed it out. This company truly goes above and beyond for their customers. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in need of a well. Very professional, polite, and caring. Thank you again Brassmar Water Wells. I believe the gentleman that took the time and made us his priority was Brian (I believe that was his name, but I could be wrong) and the other gentleman's name was Greg.
